In 2020 I published my first book, "A Genealogy of the Descendants of the Coble’s who settled in North Carolina in the 1700’s: A Genealogy Project Three Generations in the Making", which is available on Amazon. Due to the size of my first book, I was not able to include sources. I am now working on my second book tracing the descendants of Hans George Coble, which will include the sources of my information.
My first book shows the Koble/Coble Line back to Switzerland. It then traces the five Coble brothers/cousins who first settled in North Carolina and then spread across the country.
This work was started by Rev. David Isaiah Offman (1864-1954), continued by John L. Coble (1923-1995) and continued by me. Both Rev. Offman and John did their work before Computers and the Internet. While they did their own research, the majority of their information was sent to them. I have set this website to share my research and to allow people to suggest edits to the information I have. This site also has some of the sources.
